Utility Truck Customisation

by | Oct 18, 2024 | Uncategorized

We have been involved in customising 4×4 or ‘utes’ for camping, hunting or farming. Many needed dog boxes with rainproof ventilation. For other clients a site toolbox with multiple compartments and easy access was crucial. Once the purpose was defined, the layout and dimensions were meticulously determined by taking accurate measurements of the vehicle. The perfect fit and finish but also a harmonious integration with the vehicle’s aesthetic style was priority. Materials such as durable aluminium or steel were selected for their strength and weather resistance. The design process involved creating detailed CAD models and drawings. Finally, the custom design was fabricated by laser cutting the parts, folding, and welding, ensuring a seamless integration with the Utes existing structure.
